^^ Yes, he likes them hot, fresh and unspoiled, which is why he has to recruit them so young - 'cause if you're quite hot, it's difficult to make it to 22/23 yrs old and still unspoiled. I don't think it's that he wants women he can manipulate or that are unequal/subpar - I think that he would actually love to have someone who could stimulate and challenge him mentally/spiritually (there are anecdotes of him liking people who are unintimidated by him - Candy Dulfer, Jesse, PR director, etc.), it's just that he really needs to have that someone be hot & fresh too, and that's like finding the chupacabra (ain't gonna happen).
