Mayte is very talented and so far is leading a respectable lifestyle. I'm sure Prince will always hold a special place in his heart to their life together. She was truly his Muse and they seemed to have a lot of fun performing.

I get the sneaky suspicion that BOTH these 2 cannot get over each other, I think both have tried in each there own way to move on from heartbreak but I honestly believe they should be together, cards have definatly dealt them a bad hand. How do you just get over the love of your life? She have been a baby when they met but he was not, boy was he not, lots and lots of women and G*d bless him for it get it out of your system, but from there stories his own words he was ready for it with her. I have friends in the industry(c'mon now) and I know he calls her time to time & tries to see her, whether they do I don't know..YET! And these people I talk of say that they still fit each other very well. Soooo Im going to put it out there like the secret and dare I say it here (because I know there will be chicken heads talking much smack I DON'T CARE) I wish for these two to reconcile and do what soul mates do, become one. ; }

He really cherishes their bond by not even offering her chair to his concert. She had to buy a ticket and gets the treatment like any other anonymous member of the audiance. That's a statement imo.

But DJJ, they are soulmates (she is the one after all). They talk from time to time, so I am pretty sure if she wanted to she could have called him directly to get "approved" to see him in concert, because they are sooooo close and are soulmates.

If they ever do decide to travel down that road again (hey stranger things have happened) it's definitely not because she is his soulmate, imo, just sayin

Well, they're both pretty damn hot and he's her 1st love and she's his 1st wife, so I would say they have a soft spot for each other

I have a feeling that Prince will always love Mayte! I think maybe if things didn't turn out so bad with the baby they would have maybe lasted a little longer. Not mention that stunt Prince pulled when he changed his name and got the divorce from Mayte and got "Spiritually Married" sucka please!!

I definitely agree!

I'm sure he may feel something for her, as he probably does with the women that were most important to him, but I think for the most part, he's moved on.
