I remember actually watching that when it came out. Watching that clip again, made me think that if it were out now, it would probably do well on a network like TVLand. They have those goofy shows like Hot in Cleveland and the new one, Happily Divorced, that have really lame writing and tons of stupid one-liners.

This was back in the early '90s when the major TV networks gave damn-near every rapper & R&B star a sitcom, after the success of "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air": lol

Patti LaBelle's "Out All Night"

LL Cool J's "In The House"

The show went on for 6 episodes, and the entire season was compromised of 12 episodes in all, however I only believe 8 episodes were shot, due to it being canceled so quickly. But only 6 were aired. Show really suffered from bad writing sad I dont think Morris ever mentioned this, or the show that didnt make it past its pilot.

Morris was Morris though, just plain cool cool

You're right. There were 6 episodes aired(I taped all of them on VHS back in the day), the pilot was called New Attitude. There was also another one he shot with Jerome that never aired.

I wish i had those episodes sad But the Pilot I was reffering to was for a show called Heart & Soul (something like that), & it didnt make it past its pilot, it was kind of like Cheers, except in an office setting. But dont forget are Morris had a short role on the movie Moving, and guest starred on The Eve show. He should have had a major acting career, dont get it confused
