Vanity/Denise and Smith were not equally yoked. That marriage was doomed from the get go. He only married her because she was the former Vanity and she was beautiful. He knew nothing of her character and what she needed in a husband. She knew nothing of him either; he cheated on her big time. I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY.
