Friday, April 3, 2009 : hey guys
alright i know facebook is fun and so is twitter, but i am going to try to use MY site more to leave messages as to my whereabouts and thoughts. i will still do the FB and Myspace but i am going to be more detailed here.
anyways, what a week of auditions and working out and trying to relax. got a lot of people asking if i was going to go see my ex-husband perform but honestly i was too busy to even attempt to go and i like to leave the past the past. all is good... but i wanna move forward. so this Saturday, i am shooting the season finale of "dance your ass off" and i am really excited as these contestants have lost more than 40 lbs and have gotten healthy and have really grown into amazing people. i can't say who won but check it out on the Oxygen network this summer. more details soon. i am going to SC again to shoot another episode of "army wives" in the coming weeks

I am, in fact, congratulating her for all the new projects that seem to be coming her way more and more. It's always very appealing to me to see women create their sucesses based on their own hard work and their own resumes rather than riding on the coat tails of their exes. I understand why people are curious to prompt questions about her ex-husband, but at the same time I find it rather silly (not to mention intrusive). What's past is past. She's long sinced moved on, so should the rest of the world.

It's like someone asking me "are you going to see George Benson?" and I reply "Oh no, I'm moving forward, I'm leaving the past in the past" It doesn't make sense.

But I remember the Mayte was never a fan of Prince from the beginning. Her mother was. So I think her response concerning her relationship with Prince not the concert.

Good for her. I always liked that girl.

I don't blame her, I wish some orgers would leave her in the past too.

she's trying to leave the past in the past but her past won't let her. somebody popping up occasionally. don't respond mayte...not worth it!

Prince hasn't contacted or gone to her shows so why do you think she would go to his? She wanted him to Call her and he Hasn't so yes, she should stop living in the past.

I read that in some article. He Never called her so I suppose they ended on a BAD NOTE.
