Old Vanity interviews/performances/clips:

I just noticed it on youtube, and surely it won't be there forever, so y'all might as well have a look at it. The year is 1986 and Vanity is promoting her recently released Skin on Skin album on the Gary Shandling show. She is way out of control here with what she says and wears! Is this what she was like all the time back then? Howie Mandel and Gary Shandling probably had the best night of their lives flirting with her

I love watching her interviews from this era Half the time,she was obviously high...flirting outrageously with the hosts,lol.

she acts like a porn actress. The type that only understands using her sexuality to relate to someone else. It is amazingly exciting at first to the person being flirted with, but once they realize that it was all she had to offer, it gets really old really quick. I'm sure Denise has more of herself to offer, but it sure seemed very superficial.

Hot as she was/is, some people are looking for more than someone who doesn't care what leg she humps.

Vanity with very long hair is introduced to crowd/flirts with Noel Edmonds (the host) and beginning of an "Animals" performance. The entire clip used to be up on youtube, but apparently it's been taken off.

The appearance with Noel Edmonds (UK TV) is funny, she kisses him and he was pretty shellshocked! She then performs 'Animals'

I don't even see what's so horribly wrong with her behavior. I mean, it's Vanity after all. That whole "persona" was supposed to come off that way.

She does not look high in that clip.

1991-Vanity guest starred in the horror tv show "Tales From the Crypt". Whoopi Goldberg also guest starred and let me tell you-Whoopi was hella creepy!! Vanity as usual played the vixen. Her French accent wasn't great, but I still enjoyed this episode. It's interesting-she was only a few years away at this point from almost dying, yet you couldn't tell by looking at her.

This is her guest appearance on the show Highlander in 1992. This was one of her last performances as Vanity. Since the link is myspace, I didn't know how to post it in the video format that we do for youtube. If someone knows how, let me know and I'll change it. I think Vanity played this role pretty well. Of course, Adrian Paul is hot!!
