Prince And Sussanah..A Love Affair?

I have read some things on the org. about Prince and Sussanah's torrid love affair, but can anyone tell me how and when it started and ended. I have also read that they were engaged, was that true or just hype? Was there a ring involved...was she the motivation behind Empty Room? I heard that there was informtion in DMSR and other books, but unfortunately I do not own any. Can anyone provide any information...?

anywhoo... he met her at a party at dez dickersons house(so the book says) and they began dating then moved in together and got engaged...if i remember they broke up offically during the sign of the times period/era.

and yeah empty room is supposedly about her.

I read that they fought like crazy and that they broke up over the Renovation of a House. Also since Susannah was and is Wendy's sister Prince used to sleep over their house and in the same bed with them. He was as Wendy said just like one of the girls "A Friend" and Henceforth the title If I Were Your Girlfriend. He felt Comfortable around them.

No,he that wasn't the case. I'm not sure what book talked about this stuff but it's in a book or article I read maybe Rolling Stone about Lisa,Wendy,Susannah and Prince in the same bed. All Friends and Wendy said it was before she joined the group when Lisa was in his band. So he knew Susannah way before you claim with the Dez story.

No the Dez story is correct. He knew WENDY way before, he didn't meet Susannah til around 83.

I think the story was in Rolling Stone Right? Was it in the one where the picture from the Raspberry Beret video was shown?

Thank you for finding this so they never slept together he was in their bedroom. I knew I read something about the Pajama party and that they all were very close you know. It was all the girls sleeping together on the couch. Thanks for clarifying for everybody.
