Let's get the track in the top 10 by the time people browse the store tomorrow to look for the new releases.

I don't review songs on first listen or even the first day - that's not enough time to form a lasting impression. The best I can say at this point is an hour later I'm still playing it.

Grab a copy for 99 cents and you won't need a review. wink

God bless itunes. This time I have not to lose time with microsoft shit software.

The song is not so bad, nice intro, good half of song with the 'intrumental' piece, only the end of the song seems to me e reprise of the beginning with no more musical ideas on it. good for the radio, as song itself I feel it pleasant but evanescent.

Hmm...

About halfway through I thought that he might of gotten the lyrics with another song mixed up - I wondered where he was going.

Lots of instruments. Very laid back.

I got excited in the beginning because he was talking about '42,000 feet' but then the visualization fell off and it was kind of a bummer.

Yea, Sade.

Hmm..
Love wins. (Seen on bumpersticker)

starts out nicely.. nice strings to it.. got that "spanish" touch to it..

its not cheesy.. thank goodness..

lyrics arent too shabby.. although im not hip to the word "knowledge tree".

sdldawn think he needs a producer though.... this song is a good reason.

nice ideas, nice song.. no structure, or at least the structure and form to the song could have more clarity.. with a good producer that is.

First thought, Sade without the punch or hook. Seems flat off the bat, but so did Reflection. I learned a long time ago, never to judge a Prince song or album until you have at least listened to it about 10x

I dig the latin vibe though.

I can't relate to that. I don't think music or a song should have to "grow" on me. It's either got it or it don't. And this just don't do it for me. NOT AT ALL! confused

The song is absolutely amazing. The instrumentation is very interesting, with some nice guitar, great drumming, synths and horns. The melody is beautiful. Prince needs a producer? Please, be real just for once...

It's a Garden of Eden reference. He's refering to the Tree of Knowledge, that God told Adam and Eve not to eat from.

Thanks for giving some opinions ya'll
I listened to a snippet, and I wish he had put more
emotion into it.

Like, Beautiful Strange is a mellow song too but its got
alot of raw feeling to it in my opinion. I didn't get
that feeling here, but then again it was just a snippet.

I still can't wait for the video tonight!
If you will, so will I
