Nikka Costa show in Los Angeles 12/11/05 at the Knitting Facotry (u get email from Nikka? i am jealous like nobody's business.-j7)

She will be playing her last gig in LA this year and needs a huge and rowdy crowd to impress the new record company prez. I figured no one does it better than our Cali-Nation. I am doing one LAST show for the year and would love to see all your smiling faces there. this one in particular is for my NEW PRESIDENT (no pressure!) and record company so need the rowdiest and funkiest in the house!! and who else should I call on but my very own badass peeps so if you can make it PLEASE COME !! tell all your friends and really anyone you see in the street who looks like they might be in need of a good time so we can pack it out and show 'em what they got!! Mark Gardener (from Ride) has been kind enough to let us jump on the end of his night to do this last minute show so doors are at 7:30 and then there are a few bands on before us... i would suggest getting tix early and either checking out the whole night or coming back closer to my set time. not sure what kind of music will be on before us but you never know, could be amazing! tell your friends,spread the word, spread the love!!! Anyone who can go should go. I saw Nikka here in NYC at the Canal Room and she turned it out. It was probably the best show I've seen all year. I felt the same way when I saw her live on tour for her first record a few years ago too. She's amazing live. | |
