Hey everyone, I'm very pleased to announce that after a lot of procrastination on my part, we'll finally have another moderator to get started on the site... Handclapsfingasnapz, or many of you know her as Dansa. She's been on the site for a long time, and been a consistent contributor. The rest of the team is definitely excited about the prospect of another person to help out, and more personalities in the mix will be good for everyone, plus she's many timezones away from Ian and myself, which will assist coverage. I'm really excited about this.

Handclapsfingasnapz will be starting out in just a couple forums, so be nice to her (you have no reason not to be!) And if you're not, she'll just ban yo azz (kidding!)

Anyway we're very happy to have Dansa getting involved in helping us run the site. Her contributions will definitely bring more balance to our moderation team and give us better coverage and consistency across the forums. The aim after all with moderation is to improve the quality of the "Org experience" for everyone here... and I've no doubt Handclaps will play a big part in that.

So don't give her a hard time as she's getting comfortable in her moderator shoes

I cannot think of a better person for the job. You are so wonderful, Dansa. I believe you were the first person to be nice to me on the Org when I joined up last year.
