I mean...it's only been a week. the threads seemed to be going strong. why did they loose their sticky status?

That's was I was wondering too...this is way too confusing.

I saw one of the track threads no longer stickied and just floating there...and almost went in and said...

Post on the sticky!

I guess everything that can be said about all the songs has already been said, no need for stickies any more. Time to move on, like Prince has.

Or maybe it was thought that creating a sticky for every single bloody song on the album, and another one for negatively postive thoughts, and another one for positively negative thoughts, was perhaps going just a little bit overboard and that it was time to unclutter the PM&M forum again.

I still haven't heard it...yet I bet it's just the "Beginning Endlessly."

You can only say so much about a song before it gets repetetive and boring. The album is a light froth of decent new songs, not much else. No big earth shattering moment, since there will not be any hit singles or videos or massive comeback where he does Leno and Letterman and tours the states. He will probably tour Europe a bit then hole up with Larry and discuss Jehovah for another three years.

browsing through that forum, it appears that they've just completely given up

surely there can be some balance between that brain stem locking up every tangentially related discussion and directing them to some other thread (sometimes locked or expired ) and 18 currently running threads on Prince's use of the Linn this decade

After a long while ........... thread gets unstickied. Could be because it's been a sticky for a long time or to make room for a new important sticky
