Interesting Stats on Prince.org Vs. Housequake Vs. NPGMC Well, the site gave me a free third choice...maybe I should have picked google as the third site...anyhoo, here it is:

I've never been able to get into Housequake. You don't need directions and you don't need cash. From your Jimmy Choos to your Ultralash. ~ Prince And when the groove is dead and gone, you know that Love survives so we can rock FOREVER. ~ RIP MJ

Something about Housequake's format is offputting to me. This board is just a lot more accessible and user-friendly to me. It's made it hard for me to get into it over the years. As other people have mentioned, I pretty much only go there when big events are going on.

I'm a regular member of both sites but I prefer this one because it's easier to navigate than HQ, even though I know what to do now. Plus, there are more choices for stuff to talk about than over at HQ. Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.

I've never been able to get into Housequake. Not even. I never go there. I didn't even think of Housequake while the org was down.

I thought we were all fans of the same artist ? uhh...yeah! and your point? Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I thought we were all fans of the same artist ? uhh...yeah! and your point? That reminds me of another reason why I prefer the org to HQ. The mods here are kind and generous with members here, while the mods on HQ can be quite rude, condescending and sometimes nasty with their members. It's not all the time but it's often. [Edited 6/5/08 9:31am] Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.

[Edited 6/5/08 9:31am] I hear you. Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I really didn't mean to take it there but I'm a regular on both and that's what I've experienced personally on the site and this one. When I think about it, it might explain why the figures you posted are the way that they are. Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.
