Looks like it's the same as in London. But I wasn't there, so I'll be sure to go this time.

I wonder if people had the opportunity to make complaints or offer suggestions?

Got my tickets! Had to go a week later than we had planned, because the VIP tickets were gone. Curious if they did something with the remarks people had about London.

yes, also got my tickets. 2nd week, VIP tickets.

price is not as high as it suggests.

you get a book, on the exhibition, and the chance to hold one of his guitars.

and....take some pictures. I don;t want to be sneaking with a 2nd phone...

so VIP is a nice gesture and as said.....with the book included...not that expensive.

Hello, I live in the UK and despite not wishing to go to to the exhibition whilst in London I am looking at Amsterdam in May ( make it a short city break). I plan on doing the VIP tour but was wondering are you guided round throughout the tour or just at certain points you get to enter certain other rooms ? Thanks

The VIP tour in London was only partly "guided". There was this area only people with VIP tickets had access to. You got info from the guide while you were there, they had extra items in there (you were allowed to hold Prince's purple acoustic guitar)... After that, you took an audiotour just like the people who had a general admission ticket.

Have fun in Amsterdam ! (I went to the exhibition in London although Amsterdam would have been closer. But I hadn't been in London for a while so that was really nice wink )

I attended the exhibition at the O2 Christmas week. I'm a (relatively) well balanced person but Prince's passing really affected me and I expected it to be emotional. I felt immense sadness but was also in awe of being up close with his belongings and the clothes he had worn.

It could've been ordered and displayed better, hopefully it'll be set out differently in Amsterdam but on the whole I enjoyed it and there was plenty to see. I was going to post about some of the items I remembered but didn't want to spoil it for people who will be attending.

It wasn't perfect but it was a special experience and I felt honoured to be in such close proximity to his belongings. If you have the opportunity and means to attend then go for it, you won't be disappointed and you may not get the chance again.

I knew they had a memorial fence there so I put down my feelings on paper what he and his music had meant to me since being a teenage girl in 1986 and as stupid as it sounds leaving my memorial gave me a sense of peace. They may very well get thrown in the bin but I told him what I wanted to, this really does sound stupid and I really am a well balanced person, honest!

I'll always be sad regarding the tragedy that was Prince's passing but attending the exhibition helped and now I can enjoy the music again without getting upset and we all know he was always about the music.

RIP Prince, he will always be Forever In My Life, yes

Has anyone seen the ABBA exhibition?? Just wondering how it compares and if the Prince one needs to up its game.
