The Next Invasion?

Since Amsterdam was such a hit, I'm sure many of us are looking forward to the next Org Invasion.

Talk so far is of hitting Minneapolis at the end of July 2015.

What say you, denizens of the Org?

Are we making this happen???

What about other locations?

Hey I was just about to come and start a thread!

What do you think, end May or end July?

(I can't go end June, kids are off school 2 weeks rolleyes )

Definitely Minne is happening, then there's also some talk about Boston as well - road tripping!

I say May, third weekend. Since it's a holiday on the fourth weekend.

I can go, but my work schedule only allows for extended holidays around the last and first weekends of the month. And I'd like to take more than one day off for this. It will be my first time in Minneapolis so I want to see everything.

It's just a shame you'll miss out on attending the weird and wonderful Minnesota State Fair, which has no peer among fairs!! smile

But I will definitely attend. I am so excited to see everyone in my hometown!

We should go paddle boarding or canoeing at the lakes. (easier in July)

It is quite a lovely place.

Uh...someone told me that black biting flies are a problem in May/early June for Minneapolis.

Anyone have experience or can debunk this?

I tried Googling it but all I got was a bunch of articles on Nesting Loons being driven from their nests by biting flies.
