SACRAMENTO BBQ/PIC-NIC CANCELED!!!

THE SACRAMENTO BBQ/PIC-NIC HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR PERSONAL REASONS, IF SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO STILL PUT ON A BBQ FOR THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY FANS, PLEASE FEEL FREE, I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE BBQ ON JULY 25TH. SO MAYBE SOMEONE CAN TAKE OVER THE EVENT IN MY PLACE.

i've been looking for fellow fans on myspace, facebook, etc.....i know sacto. area has alot of fans, just a matter of finding them....and linking them all up. i think it would be fun if we had a BBQ!

I'm in Vacaville too! (Well I live there, but I'm out of town at this moment!) I know one other P fan who lives in town...and now a third!

I'm certainly up for this kind of thing, but the problem is I do a lot of shift work plus I don't know my schedule more than a month in advance.

I know a lady in Stockton who's a Prince fan but I don't think she comes here...I'll have to give her a ring. And a guy I haven't talked to in ages, but he lives in Sac somewhere, I'll have to steer him over here too.

i've got 13 fans that want to attend so far! looking to have it sometime in july if that'll work for everybody....still working on all the details, like exact date in july, exact location of BBQ in sacramento, backyard? park? rent a space somewhere and hire a DJ? ideas welcome.....feel free....

! I'm in Sonoma County but have a bunch of fun friends in Sac and make the drive often. July sounds great.

sosgemini lives in Stockton, but he rarely shows up on this site anymore.
I'm going to Sacramento today for the weekend. Sometimes I go up there.

after getting alot of feedback from everyone, the BBQ will be on july 25th starting at noon at elk grove park, in elk grove, i will be putting up a link to the invite with directions, info., etc....
