DAYS OF WILD celebrate 51 years of royal FUNK with a special birthday tribute to the mighty purple one! Last summer at BB King's DAYS OF WILD celebrated Prince's birthday with a massive three-hour jam session. They plan another all-out marathon funkfest for this year's birthday.

DAYS OF WILD have been playing Prince's songs for over a decade, toured internationally, and even played the week-long annual celebration at Prince's own Paisley Park Studio.

Any soul who's shaked some booty at a DAYS OF WILD jam surely knows this band throws down some serious hot n' sweaty FONK! They're not just about the music, they're also all about spreading love. You will often see them inviting musicians to play and sing, as well as audience members to join in. Days Of Wild has become less of a band, but more of state of mind. If you go with an open mind, then you leave feeling like you are a member of the band, because they're all about interaction and inclusion.

Thanks for posting the picture chocolate1. I meant to go back and post pics and video clips, but I've been so busy working on a few side projects and helping my cousin take care of her ill parents.

Hope that the turn-out beats last year's show, as well as the Sly Stone show.

Ok, 3 weeks until the big event, so who's going?
