Dear Purple Friends,

Here I am with a bit of excitement 4 present my book: PRINCE. A volte nevica in aprile (Sometimes It Snows In April), presented at the XXX Books Exhibition of Turin, Italy and edited by Giancarlo Zedde Editore.
My name is Rudy Giorgio Panizzi, I’m italian and I’m a Fan from a long time of the wonderful Star that has raised the concept of Art with marvelous and ingenious works: our Prince Rogers Nelson.
I started write 2 exorcise the great pain that has drawn my heart from that terrible April 21, 2016, the date that marked my path unmistakably. I wanted 2 tell the joy and the involvement that I think has in the heart every great passionate, the bit of madness that will accompany me all my life and that tirelessly made me follow Prince 4 all his awesome journey.
The title of my work, the only edited by an Italian author on the subject, was initially different. Then, one night in which I could not sleep, I had the impression that the "April snow" could be the best concept for expressing the course of this story, the metaphor 4 my passion. It is the tale of joys, emotions and sometimes of the pains that are part of the journey of a fan, of the life path that with marvelous alchemies has made it a catalyst 4 deep friendships and curious anecdotes, all keeping the focus on the works and the Artistic career of one of the most multi-faceted and talented musicians who have ever existed.
I hope, with the words I have written, 2 be able 2 became curious and engage Prince's notes even those who have been less fortunate than I have, who has not yet been able 2 know the genius and charisma that have always characterized him.
Inside the book there are many illustration made by myself about several years, including the cover image .
