Question 4 any musicians on the org

What do u think is the easiest P song to play. As a novice guitarist/pianoist I'd go with either The love we Make or its gonna be lonely neutral

"The Cross" - first tune I learned to play on guitar - easy peasy. It's basically the chords E then A (although I put in Asus2 inbetween which is basically an A chord without the 5th string held down).

.

I only started learning the guitar 2 years ago - it's hard work, but very addictive and rewarding.

.

Good luck!!

"Starfish and Coffee"

"Purple Rain" is pretty easy to learn also (chord wise).

Definetely...it's so easy and I REALLY can't play guitar. The chords are simple as is the little run at the start and between verses

Also The a Question of U is fairly easy on guitar

Plenty of tab websites out there too if you want to 'cheat'

the guitar part to Sexy MF is quite good for building up finger strength for barring 'jazz' chords high up and occasional chopping rhythms. Try:

E -- X
B -- 17
G -- 17
D -- 17
A -- 16
E -- 17

Jangling away for a bit, then

E -- 5 ------- 5 - 4 - 3
B -- 5 ------- 5 - 4 - 3
G -- 5 ------- 5 - 4 - 3
D -- 4 ------- 4 - 3 - 2
A -- 5 ------- 5 - 4 - 3
E -- X -----------------

Repeat 'til Tony M.

Or I Would Die 4 U and Raspberry Beret.
