In these energy-saving times, perhaps you can tell me the art forms you have made yourself acquainted with or gotten to know & I tell you the rest.

& Yes ! (to your questions)

biggrin

There r many complexities I would consider b artforms. I would say I'm a cultivator. wink

That's what's interesting !

What is Art & how is it communicated & conveyed....& are there levels to pureness....are there an order....

Allow me to draw an example:

I was once driving in a car along with other persons. We were 4 altogether, & driving in the landscape of many trees. The two in the front knew eachother very well, I was in the back seat along with another that I had met only one time before. I didn't know the ones in the front, but was given a ride since we were all going to the same large get-together far into the deep forrest. Anyway, I would look out of the window the entire time, perhaps a combination of shyness & not interested in the ongoing superficial conversation. The one next to me asked if i was alright, & I said I was just admiring the marvelous landscape, to which she replied : it is an art to be able to enjoy nature.

She quickly returned to the conversation & let me be. I didn't reply. I thought how it could be an art to enjoy nature....so yes people have many ideas on what art is, I guess I really mean manifested art then. Manifested art forms....

Introducing the 12 disciples of Art:

TO ACT

TO SPEAK
TO DANCE

TO SING
---------------------

TO WRITE

TO MUSIC
TO PAINT

TO DRAW
TO PHOTOGRAPH

TO DESIGN

TO MAKE-UP

TO COOK

The first 4 are the purest, since they need only breath to do / to act.

The rest needs an instrument to manifest.

One objective can have many ACTions.

Find the need for each other.

You must assume that what you want, you can only get from your Partner.

Do not think : I don't want

Think : I want

The objective is primary to the words.

Within the circumstance is the objective.

Telling what the objective is = no mystery

ps. we do not go into a room to think.

So where does the Martial Arts fit in there? Dance or would it be movement? & what about the cultivation of energy? Does that come under Dance too?

Make sure the WORDs have ACTion behind them.

Have an overall objective

Strive in each beat to get the objective

There is an objective for each beat, but also a striving to get thru to the final objective

ps like the first time two people fall into sexual love, they don't just jump into sexual love, they slide.

inner life always has focus on the future

in the present you are always jumping back & forth from the past to the future

the objective has to win, not the obstacle

ps you must go back & find the childlike quality you had in your childhood

you will find that the ACT becomes better & better when the circumstances become extraordinary

extraordinary = something wonderful & important

obstacle always start a few seconds after the objective begin

ps eliminate self observance in order to be spontaneous
