Live @ The Knitting Factory March 15, 2008 * now featuring Blame It On Vanity (download while u are still free)

this is Flavor Pill and Annie Christian, Anti-Christ from our show at The Knitting Factory NYC this past saturday.

this was an interesting show for me. there was so much going on before the show.. especially the days leading up to it. it seem that everything that could go wrong before a show happened. but in the end i would like to say it has brought me closer to the members in my band (The RMEN1). I guess you can say i found out just how much they respect me as an artist and a person. i work really hard to make sure we can have the oppurtunity to do these shows. its not as easy and some make it out to be. its really hard work keeping everything organized and productive. if that makes any sense.

any how we have the whole show film but these are the two we had time to put up for you during editing. hope you enjoy the show and hope u look forward to our next show.

funny part is just a couple of days i saw here on the org that Prince went to see a band at The Knitting Factory in L.A. and for the whole week all they up until we took the stage i truely believed that he would show up for the show and set in during Annie Christian... its really crazy when people come up to me before the show who have never seen it and say to me they herd we had a killer version of a prince song... i asked them if they have seen our show and they say not yet but word is going around.. thats why we came to see the show....
its always exciting when people know this song from prince, because its such an obsucre song unless your a die hard prince fan you wouldn't know it... anyhow...

where the cherry falls
a soldier sits and listens
he hears the things he does not want to
and sees nothing but an eagle in the sky
it has been wounded by the bullets
from this soldier who fights in a war
he does not believe in
the eagle does not blame him
for disturbing its flight
but this does not mean the soldier goes unpunished....

in a circular motion
the eagle takes a nose dive
with its beek aimed at its target
it swoops down on its offender
and at top speed
with a force that has yet been beat
cuts a gash from cheek to cheek
and now the soldier lays with his scars
in a bloody mess
only to be impressed
as the eagle return to its flight plan.

so i had a test photo session yesterday...

these are 2 of my favorites...

thanks alot to Vina, Styles, Heiress, and Slave2dagroove for taking the time and leaving comments. i have been around these parts for awhile now and its still great to have you guys comment on the growth of my "artistic" express. not sure if i worded that right but u get the point. ill put up "Blame it on Vanity" from the same show at the Knitting Factory expecially 4 you guys... hope u like it... it should be up by the end of the week. also if anyone is in the area of williamsburg brooklyn this weekend we have a show @ Trash bar on sunday so if anyone is in the neighborhood stop by. they make great tator tots there. ;o)

this is my favorite picture taken of them last night.
Its Kid Danger's last show for a bit as he goes back home to Texas to visit his family. The Band was insane last night... The RMEN1 has added a sax player to there line up. i will have more photos later...

i am really gonna miss the kid. people come and go and are in and out of my life all the time... all the time. some people give some take. some are just beautiful and others down right ugly. this guy though all around is such a beautiful soul, sometimes i just catch myself just looking at him cause i think he is incredible. he has such intellegence, he has never said a single word to me or in my presence that made me cringe... most people do. but he doesn't. i felt so good playing with him in the band everything just felt right even when we were off... it just felt right. i am really gonna miss the kid. Kid Danger. its all good though becauze i know no matter where he is he will be all right. he has a good head on his shoulders and he is kind to the human spirit. its people like Kid Danger i want to be like. i felt safe with him...
what ever is for ever and ever thank you lord 4 this moment in time.....
