I started writing this about a month ago, just before things got completely out of hand around there. I knew things were going crazy and I was trying to find a way to hold onto the preception I have of Prince as he is now.
When I first came here, I started writing what became a 199 novel about a musician just trying to make it. Kinda like a mix between Purple Rain, the "Slave" years and all bunch of other things. I've written about the same character, only this time... its nearly 25 years since the last story ended... and it's my character trying to find his soulmate... and was inspired by one of the Planet Earth tracks. Each chapter will be named after a song or a song lyric if at all possible. I have 8 of 10 chapters up on my blog, so check it out here.
