Wondering if any of you play any Lady T stuff.

I was trying out my new Motif 6 and trying to play Square Biz by ear.....

I thinkg it's basically a ii-V progression for most of the song.....

using Am9 to D7.

I have most of the horn lines.... but the bass line is tricky (and it makes the whole song).

I always find it hard to hear the bass notes clearly..... but I think it's something like:

||: A . . G A. E. | D . D E F# G : ||


And you could do like octaves pops on the D and E bolded.

But if any of y'all know this for sure, or can confirm what I've done so far, that would be cool.

Next I want to figure out Lovergirl and It Must Be Magic
