Our funky Orger friend has been having some serious health issues (I don't feel it's my place to go into details) and I know he'll come out of it.

I should have done this thread a couple of weeks ago when he told me but better late than never. He's not been around here much because of it and I know he lurks once in a while so just send some positive energy out to him for a speedy recovery.

I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that develops in the form of what is known as carcinoids in March of this year. I have 3 tumors on my liver and I had surgery at the end of June to remove one from my small bowel... The surgeons couldn't remove the ones on my liver because the cancer had spread to the point where they would have to remove my entire liver.

I found an article in this mornings paper which is probably the best way to explain it.

I won't be undergoing chemotherapy any time soon but I will be taking the Sandostatin shots every three to four weeks. (@ $2500 a pop... ouch!!)

I will be popping in and out of here from time to time.
I still check out everyone's music... so even if you don't get a response here I try to leave something on your soundclick or myspace pages.

Oh Psycho...I am sooo sorry to hear this. Please tell me you have a health plan to take care of these monthly injections. Why, when it is such a rare cancer is Sando so expensive? U must destress sweetie. YoYo's right. Music is healing and we need to hear more Psycho music.
