I finally figured out that, to fluff out the movie to 1-hour long, here's the secret.

Write a song consisting of A SINGLE VERSE. The main character sings the verse, and then the happy children sing the SAME verse, and then the elephant, jack-in-the-box and a few elves dance around goofy for a verse, and then the lead character TALKS the verse again! AND THEN the lead character and the kids sing the SAME VERSE AGAIN all together.

I'm going to be rich.
