Fat JoJo -New Track- Ugly, stanky and groovin

Brand new track here "Fat JoJo" More noisy guitar stuff.
only 2 more and my disk will be done FINALLY!!!

This track is raw and mostly a Jeff Beck influenced groove, as many of mine are . I used my Tokai Tele through an early 60s Sears Silvertone amp ( 200.00 beater) I wanted it to sound ugly and loose and I think it's getting there.

JoJo was a kid who punched me in the first grade, well revenge is so sweet my fat ( and that's with an F ) friend... razz

This was a fun track to do!! Enjoy...

Very funky , nice , it could use a keyboard or drum solo . tho .

Thanks man, I really appreciate the listen.

Hmmmm, I think the links are working now.

The tune was a last second thing, the drummer, Rikki and I ( on Bass) kinda spit this one out
after a long day. We both were like let's see if we can make this work, at the time I had no idea what I was gonna do with the track, it was just bass and drums. After a couple months of it just getting dusty I decided to see what crap I could do noise wise. As a result there are different paths that could have been taken with the tune, esp with the drums. But I think I can live with this track kinda being real simple and straight, it has an energy that was worth saving the raw tracks for IMO.

Man I wish knew some serious keys, I just don't have anyone in my circle that does em, so I just stick to the guitar side of things and hope for the best. I would love some Sanford and Son stylings on that track. I am also getting the gift of extremely cheap studio time so on some tracks I just gotta get them done so as not to abuse the generosity I have been given at the studio. That is always on the back of my mind....

I wish i could record some of my ideas in a studio , but apperently it's really expensive .

Hey thanks alot!! There is not much polish on the tune at all, but I actually think it made it a better track because of it. Can't wait to do it live.
