You are absolutely correct in the fact that they are liars, but if you want to continue your membership you may want to remove the email from this site. They evicted someone off the site last year for posting a email.

Don't take your email down...there is absolutely NO reason that we as consumers can't post customer service emails on this site, period. Again, NPGMC, talk to a lawyer.

My theory is that the reason there's always a painful, drawn-out ordering and delivery process is that by the time you finally get it, you've already spent so much energy on it that you'll do anything to convince yourself that it was worth it.
