I thought this was a music club, all there is currently is a rehashed audio show and some "squirts" from an instrument you click on.. and bible knowledge that anyone can recieve if they open the book.

I guess I just don't understand why some fans thought or still think they are going to receive more than what was adverstised on the NPGMC.

I'm not a member this year, because I don't see the value in it. But if I do join, I certainly won't expect anything more than what is adverstised.

The way I see it, paying members have paid to watch video clips from an upcoming DVD/Video release and to *listen* to one song, neither of which was not intended for download. You're also paying for the ability to chat with Prince fans and receive other general and religous information. IF Prince tours, then you will be able to purchase premium seating - but since it is not certain that Prince will tour nor where he would tour, that is a big IF.

So IF I ever become a member, which is very doubtful for me at this point, the things I've highlighted is ALL I will ever expect - period. Why do some of you think you're going to recieve more than that for $25???!!! That just blows my mind. When are you all going to learn???

I actually expected nothing but a website link, that could have well taken me to a blank screen.

But what im tryin to say is, for the people who joined for music, let them have it.

I just think prince is forgetting what people are signin up for, or maybe he doesnt give a fuck.. who knows

Don't you get it? You were duped into paying $25 for little more than some flash animation & the ability to chat with each other in a censored environment.

The true test of the value of the club, as far as I'm concerned, is not what Prince does with the website in the first couple of weeks. Instead, what I'm waiting to see is what happens to the club after the first month or so. What I suspect is that there will be almost nothing of value added to the site in the way of information, music, or content in general. And I'm sure by then, I will be convinced NOT to waste my $25.

But, who knows, Prince may prove me wrong, and in fact, I hope he proves me wrong... but I doubt it.
