Help Me I need advice from Lotusflow3r.com members

I am thinking about signing up on lotusflow3r.com. Anybody who has signed up, what items can you download? Can you get all of his albums? Chocolate invasion? Slaughterhouse?? I miss the npg music club and all the stuff I downloaded and burned to discs has been lost. So i thought i would sign up on lotus and get some of that stuff again.

then again....you never know if something big is coming

It depends on if 77 dollars is a lot of money for you or not firstly.
There are 54 videos on lotus at the moment. Pretty nice, some live performances included from way back e.g. Controversy, I wanna be your lover up to present day live concert performances and tv appearances.

I personally didn't join to get old music/pics or anything, though actually I wouldn't mind if a jukebox was on there for listening. Maybe that will happen in the future.

French lotus members got a last minute invite to his private party bash in Paris. That's a big plus of course.

I joined to become part of the experience. Good or bad it's what you make of it. But if you come from a culture where excess is the norm then you might be disappointed. Good luck in making your decision.

don't do it. just don't. feel ripped off and cheated - nothing will change until a year is nearly up. recent tickets haven't been on there, one of my reasons for joining, so if he comes to the uk - i doubt i'll get any offers. also exclusive access and back catalogue hinted at. conspicuous in absentia. my t-shirt is on bin laden, find him find the t-shirts! for $77 you could order music from us and pay for the postage there and back twice I would've thought. if it's a chance to have VIP tickets it worth it.

I suspect we've been duped into thinking we can get VIP tickets when in fact there's no chance we'll get VIP anything - we don't even get emails to say the sites updated anymore!

However, I will be opening a packet of crisps later in Bolton, which you are all invited to. £31.21 a ticket...

I cannot recommend joining at this time. You can buy the three CDs for $11.99 and the Target version of Lotu$flower has "Crimson and Clover", which is better that what track Prince replaced it with on the Lotu$flower download (I've forgotten what the Lotu$flower-exclusive track is, so that ought to tell you something).

There are good videos there, but you can only watch them. Prince gives you no tools to download them with. There is some evidence in the Terms of Service that downloading them with a third-party program is allowable, but it's not crystal clear, and given Prince's previous thoughts on this, I'd be surprised if he condones it.

Videos are added sparingly, and only about every 45 - 60 days or so. The last two videos added were first premiered to the world on YouTube. They're still up, which leads me to believe Prince authorized that release. It's telling that he would release those videos through YouTube first, and then to the Lotu$flower members weeks later.

The t-shirt is worthless.

The biggest perk would be the chance to buy good seats to his shows but he has now performed all over the world, and only a few tickets to the Los Angeles release party concerts were offered to members.

At this point it is not such a good idea to sign up, but I still believe something big is coming in the near future.
If I have to pay up for another year, I would do it again.

I feel bad for all of the people that signed up for this site, but there's a side of me that has me giving myself an atta-boy pat on the back for not joining. After the closure oh the NPGMC & the time it took for a prominent public figure/musician to have his own site up & running again left me a little spooked about joining. The whole Housequake.com situation didn't help influence me to join either & I figured after all that had went on in the last 4-5 years I would wait for reviews & feedback from my fellow Orgers.
