Website Support? Has anyone actually emailed the support@lotusflow3r.com? Have they replied? I have been trying to get through to them for the past 2 weeks with emails. NOTHING. Anybody have any similar experiences of such wonderful customer service????

i emailed when i got the t-shirt email and said under no circumstances charge my card for shipping. i got a reply last week. "Sisters and brothers in the purple underground, find peace of mind in the pop sound!"

I personally think anyone who can't get so much as a simple reply to an e-mail should call their credit card company and dispute the charge on the grounds of shitty service. I think if a couple hundred of us did this, Prince would start paying attention once his merchant account starts losing money.
