I borrowed the CD's from a friend who got his box 2 weeks ago. He's lending it to me until I get back from holidays in January. So I can be patient until January! Such good friends I have...

But will it take until January?? I'm willing to bet that it will. Let's just hope it doesn't turn into February...

It may have been sent a few days before 12-10. 12-10 is the latest it would have been sent. Unfortunately the tracking # hasn't been uploaded in our system. Once I do get that information, I would be happy to trace it for you.

If I remember correctly, on my package from UPS, there was a phone number from whereever this was shipped from. I'm assuming it was Gage's address. It was in something like Maple, MN or something like that. Maybe someone can call it and get some more info about your package! Would anyone like that number?? If so, it will have to wait until around 1:00 pm EST this afternoon!

As was mentioned somewhere else, a common problem has been that Fed Ex have been unable to deliver the goods. Often, the reason why there have been no cards left to inform waiting members of the situation, is simply because Fed Ex have been given incomplete data e.g. inaccurate addresses, no contact numbers etc

NPG@Gage.com are sending tracking numbers to all those who have yet to receive their boxsets. Make sure you remind Gage who you are. They should get back to you within a day as there are only a few members now left in this situation. The rest should take care of itself.

Same here - got a mail from NPGMC on 25-Dec stating that FedEx couldn't find my address. There was no tracking ID, contact information or anything in the mail which suggested that I should contact FedEx.

Been waiting over a week now for npg@archway.com to get back to me with an answer.

A bit strange that my address should be wrong. I got the ONA CD and other purchases from NPG Retail and the address has always been correct on the package in the past.

I haven't had a reply form NPGMC, Archway, or Gage in weeks. Holidays may have caused a problem I understand...but come on. But believe me, when I finaly get ONA Live U'll know.
Oh, if anyone has the address ONA Live was shipped from could they please post it. FEDEX told me they could only help with this info. Thanx

Yes... we should organize and take over NPGMC!... no answers from npg@archway, no ONA (Live) N.O.T.H.I.N.G. 16 January... If at least they were answering my emails saying they are sorry or something anf that they will send it again... but no!

I finally got a Telphone number from:

and they gave me the phone number of the Service Center which is responsible for the NPGMC deliveries!

Phone: 1-763-479-4100

They have a Customer service Dep. there but I just reached the Mailbox!

Perhaps we all try to get somebody on the phone there and get a real statement about what's goin on with the delveries!

Get the funk up...

Whoooaaa...

and I got somebody on the phone who said she is going to take care of my problem!

I didn't receive no CD at all since September last year!

Now this girl on the phone corrected my adress in the system and gave me the new Tracking Number etc...
