I got the ONA live box but, while everyone got an extra ONA piano cd, I didn't. I complained with the NPGMC and asked for my extra copy ,I thought it was right to be treated as any other member. Their reply was : enjoy the cds of the ONA live box!
That is :they won't give me the extra cd!
I'm speechless

I just wish that I'd received the fucking thing! I'm getting pissed off, now. It's released on tuesday. Apparently there's no delivery from Fed-Ex on saturdays. I'm working all week next week, so I'm not going to get ONA Live until way after it's retail release.

Is there any end to NPGMCrap's crapness?

EVERYONE who joined after the piano-cd was shipped out the first time (and since there was a world tour after that date enormous amounts of new members will have joined) received 1 (one) piano-cd.

My guess is that it is a minority that received the piano-cd again and it is obvious that it was for logistic reasons to include this cd in every box that was sent out to members.

Why do all you complainers about NPGMC just NOT JOIN again next year (if there is a next year and they do not decide to stop the club all together due to the complaints that have been filed against them now!) and take your 'losses' (yeah right; 4 or 5 cd's, oportunity to buy VIP-concert tickets, to see the sound check and concert from the best seats in the house and to attend aftershows or parties... what a loss!).

I was on stage singin and dancing, but that's not the point. NPGMC sent a mail to members saying: here's an extra ONA piano cd for your friends.
So, why couldn't I get it as anyone else? this I really can't understand.
Anyway, the matter is closed, let's see if 2003 will bring us a better service from the club...

hey its npgmc! their biiiznaasss ethics are truely pioneer! they enjoy the new direction, and while doing this, they "cult" their "famunity" for a unity of JW's...

Being a fan since AGES I listened to FREE more times than you. And your quoting is really out of place. Yes, I am a fan, what about you? Maybe a NPGMC employee? If you're a real Prince fan you should know you shouldn't JUDGE people just because they have a different opinion. And then: do something about my character? You don't know me, how can you say this?
You can't see the point: it's simple MATHS: everyone got 5, I got 4. I am not wrong, NPGMC is. Everyone have an extra, I don't. This is quite evident. I'm not whining guys, just making considerations. What made me mad is their way of replying my emails, very superficial and not professional.
As I already said (and mailed them) NEVERMIND. They can keep their etra copy, I'll keep my opinion. They'd better improve their customer support/service. This is EVIDENT.
So: NPGMC, a big hug to you for the concerts/soundchecks/aftershows, but the customer service and the cd thing got very bad. Full stop. These are my two cents. And I close the matter HERE.
