The Sacrifice Of Victor (LotusFlow3r Version)

Is it unusual to noone else that the cursing was left intact?
I'm referring to the performance of "Call The Law" with Tony Mosley being an arrogant, punk a** MF.

I don't mind the cussing in a situation where it would punctuate a point, but that's just ugly.

So, I guess my question is:
Does anyone else think Prince left that in to show a good example of why sometimes swearing is uncalled for?

On the other hand, it was also the best representation of his guitar abilities at that time (notice there's no whammy bar, either!)

One last point, he edited out the part at the end of "Peach" when he slams that yellow cloud guitar to the stage and lets it ring out as he leaves the venue.
The best part!!!

Prost!

No, you are not the only one, I noticed that too and was surprised. It seems it was allowed to stay without editing it out.

And why all the oriental subtitles?
That's not on my VHS!

Does Prince REALLY have access to his back catalogue?!!

If he honestly recorded every show...

Had the same issue with subtitles when the music club sold copies of The Beautiful Experience videos. I had high expectations of a good quality copy and got some shit taped off the telly. It does indeed seem that Prince doesn't have decent copies of everything.
RIP sad

Looks like it was taken off the Japanese laser disc release, which is better picture quality than the VHS release. But you're stuck with the Japanese subtitles.

But why they can't make a copy from the mastertapes, I don't know.

yeah none of that damn whammy bar !

I remember when he ofrrered these through NPGMC, The Beautiful Experience,
The Sacrifice Of Victor etc and they were all dubs from Asian releases with subtitles,

My VHS copies are better than these !!!

This is probably the best video in the video "ball"

I can't believe it still omits the ending on the site though.

Some excellent guitar playing. I don't know why people dislike the tremolo arm so much in his playing these days...

during NPGonlineltd days they sold "the undertaker" vhs tapes for a short time period. They were vert bootleg like, people complained and they quit selling. Well, they claimed they didn't have the master tapes and that was holding them back from making a proper dvd/vhs (vhs at that time).
