How have you made it through life without ever making a purchase of $77 or more?
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

I have made WORTHWHILE and IMPORTANT purchases of $77 or more, but I dont think that Princes new online membership registration fee is worth me forking out $77!!!

well i got an e mail back from support.. i have to say they are not bad for speediness
it seems the system recognizes my username but asked me to put in "" as the password.... i.e nothing!!
needless to say it doesn't work so i have e-mailed them again.
I can only presume from this that when you change any personal details, you need to re-set your password at the same time, but please don't count on it.

Same here guys! My birthday was incorrect as well, so I changed it, BUT CLEARLY did not remember reseting my password. I e-mailed the LF support team though,. (which, btw, I was amazed at how fast they responded 2 my e-mail, as I have been reading complaimnts about members not getting replies until like 3-4 weeks later) they asked what my password was, said they would re-enter it in the database, and also asked was I doing anything in the account section that might have erased it. 1 day later, I recieved another email stating that the problem had been fixed, and that I could now log in using my old password!

I guess it must have been some sort of glitch in the system! Fix one thing, screw up another, lol!

OK, I just got a response from Scott, and there was a 48 hour glitch that caused this 2 happen.

I can log in now.

He offers this advice, which he wanted me 2 post here:

if people are having problems logging in they should send an email to support@lotusflow3r.com with a subject line of 'new password'. In the email they should put their desired password, and we will reset it for them.

Easy,

yes. but why can't they just state what to do on their site...maybe in an unlocked section? Or even if it was locked, soeone could have looked it up for you. And why are they using this site to communicate with the fans? Don't they have one of their own? Seriously!

all fixed this morning, same as others on here.

If you do change any details I think you do have to reset your password... you will notice that that part of the edit form is blank when you alter details. I presume when you save your alterations, lotusflow3r system saves it as blank... but you cannot log on as blank for obvious reasons.

thanks to support at lotusflow3r (who I think have been as good as any tech support) and always helpful so long as you keep your cool. They have always kept me informed within the day.

Roll on the Montreux tickets offer!
