Guitar and 1999 on Leno?

I noticed in the video section that there were two titles "Guitar on Leno" and

"1999 on Leno". These videos didn't open up for me. Don't know if the files

were empty or I was having problems with the site.

Anyways, does anyone know what these are about. Do they mean that he will be

performing Guitar and 1999 during the four night stint on Leno, as I don't

believe he has in the past?
I've got a guitar that can part the sea.

CrimsonLot3s

They were already performed back in April 2008 when he was promoting Coachella.
I think NBC cut the two performances out but left the 'Turn Me Loose' performace for Jay Leno airing.

Somewhat correct. Prince performed 1999 and Guitar after Turn Me Loose on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno after the "fire alarm" that forced everyone outside of the Burbank, Calif., studios.

From my understanding, and reading reports of the April 2008 performance, Prince and The Band performed these two songs after. They were recorded but unaired.

Housequake reported that he played Guitar and 1999 but they wouldn't give up what song he played that will be broadcast.

Err, not quite. It's been reported that he played Guitar and 1999 after the show, not as the actual performance to be broadcast.

Thanks for that. I do recall that now, when he did the two extra songs that
were not aired.

4give me 4 misreading something although I was under the assumption that Prince was going to be on 4 nights in a row...I know Jay Leno isn't on on Saturday's, however, due to the time-slot change...I thought it would something special...

What is the deal with that? Is it just that Prince is playing the L.A. Area clubs that makes the 4th night?

cool

It's not four days in a row: It's tonight, tomorrow and Friday, and then again on May 28.

Give it some time to load or just come back to it later. Some of the vids do that on my computer as well, but then I go back later and watch it. I haven't had a chance to see those particular ones yet, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
