HELP Invalid or corrupted files

I've tried to extract the zipped files to get the new albums and this is the message I get

CrimsonLot3s	- delete the file you have. - download the link again (with download window open) - close all your programs including Lotusflow3r. - and let your computer slow down. If you rush the download the file is currupt. do not open any programs till download is done. Mplsound and Lotusflow3r downloads are over 100 MB. The computer MUST rest before downloading any files. The files are huge.
