everyone's a critic and the album or the site aren't even out yet. blah blah blah Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. | |

love these guys... they do a great job
they seem to capture exactly how I'm feeling about this project. Excited about most of what I have heard... not so about a couple of the songs. Like TWNBALM and 4Ever. I really liked Chocolate Box for example.... Discojellyfish (not so much) and just like the guys on the podcast truly find it amazing and a bit of a red flag that Prince would start off MPLSound with a song like TWNBALM. Honestly I just don't get how he could put a song as weak as that out there We shall see... but those guys basically capture exactly how I'm feeling. Highly enjoyable listen, Im going to download the other podcast.
I disagree with them over There'll never be another like me, I think it's a real solid funky song and 4ever is my favorite of the LF tracks so far. Find it strange they kinda liked Another Boy that I find dull and lifeless. Great work looking forward to the releases after the albums come out. | |

We will do a proper LotusFlow3r podcast a few weeks after it's release (once we digest all 3 albums and get use to all the tracks). We 'may' do one around next week to give our opinions on the website launch, Leno appearances and the March 28th x 3 performances, nothing set in stone yet. We also have some pre-recorded episodes waiting to see light of day, so things will progress, stay tuned! As for "There'll never be another like me", I agree it is funky, but I have worked out it's flaw, which I will save for the LotusFlow3r / MPLSoUND review  Xperience the Peach & Black Podcast: http://peachandblack.podbean.com/

Whats that weird "shoot the duck" song that sandwiches the discussion?
I find the hype you offer up to the new albums bizarre, maybe it will have passed by the time you do the full reviews. Not fit to be mentioned in the same breath as The Gold Experience IMO. | |
