Just looked up the definition of 'Soon' at www.dictionary.com
Got the following definitions;

1. In the near future; shortly.
2. Without hesitation; promptly: came as soon as possible.
3. Before the usual or appointed time; early.
4. With willingness; readily: I'd as soon leave right now.

Is it too late to change the shipping address? I haven't moved from the billing address. I am just being cautious. My assumption is the packaging for the cd set will not fit the standard apartment building mailbox. Thus I would feel more comfortable having it delivered to my place of employment.

Could this change be made before shipment?

well, that makes no sense at all. the same npgmc rep (lori, apparently the only one who ever actually answers e-mails or does anything besides saying "we have no in4 on that") told me a couple of weeks ago when i asked her about moving over thanksgiving weekend that they don't expect to send anything out before then, so i could wait to change my address until i move. so what's going on?
if it was too late to change your address as of november 6, then shouldn't you have received the damn thing by now? hmmm...

yes, the packages have been SHIPPED from what the last email they sent me said.. so even tho it says processing, it has shipped.

I have moved recently as well and noticed a address error in the shipping.It took Lori 2 weeks to reply but was assured that the cds were being sent to the new address.i emailed her on Nov.7th.So hopefully she's right!
