Still Can't Connect to To Member Retail

Is there anyone who still can't connect to retail to purchase tickets? I've been online for about 7 and a half hours and still can't get through to the member retail section and when I do, no presale info shows up.

I'm so frustrated!!!

Well after 8 hours, I finally was able to get my tickets for Stockholm!...and I live in L.A.!
