I have been to alot of Prince concerts and they NEVER start on time? Can any of you lucky fans who have already seen him this tour let me know how close to starting time he is coming on???
Also, are the Souviner places open AFTER the show???

Actually, the last two times, I saw him, he started right at 8pm. But a few times in the past, he was extremely late...once about 90 minutes late in Atlanta. He apologized during the show though. I think he was about 15 minutes late starting that first LA show although I could be off by a few minutes either way.

When we saw him in Chicago in 93 the tickets said 8 p.m. and he started at 9 p.m. every night..... But it was worth the wait.
And I do agree with you in some rights RupertZ.....
People have to understand that Prince is gonna mix things up alittle bit... and doing ALL these shows he WILL Not do the same thing night after night.
I was at 2 of the Love Sexy shows.. One with the Piano solo, and one with out... Both were still great shows!
I would lose my mind doing the same EXACT shows over and over and over each night.....
So I am sure that is why Prince changes things...
You might miss out on one thing.... but you will surely be excited about something else..
I will be at FOUR shows in June.....

All the shows that I've been to have started nearly on time.... except for the Palladium during the Hit 'n Run tour. That show started like.... what?.... two hours late. Supposed to start at 8 pm, but didn't until around 10... The rumor was that there was a recording snafu with the Tonight Show/Leno.. having to re-record his performance.
