PrintableThis tour has certainly been a odd one and consistency has gone out of the window on all levels. On the one hand it's actually been quite nice to be part of the 'hype' with endurance queuing and it's felt a bit line Treasure Hunt (ooops...we don't mention Aneka Rice  ) getting to these gigs. It's also nice that it's quite organic in that you never quite know what you're going to get...
BUT Maybe it's not such a good thing to not know how long a gig you're going to get and how much you're going to pay...you would really get that with any other transaction and, whichever way you cut it, this isn't spontaneous gigs or after shows...it's a chain of concerts. It's unfortunately turning more Into how much money can be squeezed out of a night...if you're gonna sell tickets and plan to do 2 shows then sell tix for 2 or 3 shows and, if you are going to do 2 or 3 shows...DO 2 OR 3 SHOWS, people made the commitment to turn up then Prince should honour his commitment to more shows if that's what he said.
