Somebody please tell me- I am torn between going to SF or waiting it our for Portland,OR & SEattle shows. Is there a snowballs chance? I'm thinking everyone is assuming LA is next buy from what I know, Prince has a great track record with selling out NW shows very quickly & playing rare gems like "Paisley Park" in Portland. Any thoughts?

I've been going through the exact same dilemna...Do I wait for him to hit Seattle? Or do I cancel my meetings next week and head down to Oakland? When I was younger, it was much easier to hit the road to catch a one-off Prince show....stupid stupid commitments.

Heard from an aquaintance who has a fairly high-powered position with AEG...here's what he had to say about Prince in Seattle:

"It was a rumor at one point, but nothing substantial behind the scenes, it has died off."

Thank You. I seriously appreciate any insight. Prince is my favorite live show to catch but I'm one of these people who have a job, a life & have to work very hard to miraculously squeeze these Prince "mindfuck marketing" shows into my somewhat normal human being's schedule.
