The easiest way to get to Brooklyn Bowl from MSG is to take either the downtown 1, 2, 3, A, C, or E to 14th Street. Transfer at 14th Street to the Brooklyn/Canarsie-bound L train (if you take the A, C, or E you transfer at 14th to the L at the last stop so there is only one direction to go: Brooklyn/Canarsie). Take the Brooklyn bound L to Bedford Ave (it's the first stop in Brooklyn) and walk west on North 7th till you hit Wythe Ave, then walk 4 blocks North on Wythe to N. 11th. Brooklyn Bowl is between N 11 and N 12. The easiest way to get there is also the cheapest. If you choose a cab, you may end up forking over $25 with tip since there's no bridge near MSG to cross over into Brooklyn (the cabbie'll have to drive all the way down to Delancey on the Lower East Side, cross the Williamsburg bridge, then go back up once you cross the bridge).

Are you going to the MSG show? If so, just keep in mind you will have to drive down through Manhattan to get to a bridge where you can cross over into Brooklyn, then you'll have to drive up when you're across the bridge to get to Brooklyn Bowl. You should be ok on finding parking near Brooklyn Bowl. You should be able to find parking near the venue the further west you go from Wythe Ave (it's mostly warehouses and apts in the area).
