i feel like a battered wife...i keep trying to write prince off and i keep going back to him. why??? i'm actually going to LA on the 26th to see my boyfriend and now i HAVE to go to one of these shows! i mean...i HAVE to! hahah.

The job of satisfying Prince's subscribers will likely fall to the site's creators, Anthony Malzone and Scott Addison Clay. Mr. Clay says premium tickets will be available there, including about 150 seats for the "Tonight Show" and access to three Prince concerts in Los Angeles on March 28.



(just found this in the wall street jurnal looks like lotus wil have tickits for all three shows)

I'd be surprised if the first two sets last an hour each - if Prince want's to stay on schedule. That last show is the one to be at, me thinks.

Anyone going to all three?

Have they mentioned what time Tuesday tickets will go on sale on his site?
I work that day and won't have access to the site

Yeah but who knows if that's true since we just heard only the nokia theatre would be available. At the time they wrote this piece maybe this was accurate. Time will tell & hopefully sooner then that.

i'm guessing we'll know within 24 hours of its launch when the site will be opening. there's an image of dynamite with a timer on the site right now, and i'm guessing it's going to "come to life" soon and do a countdown to the site launch. we don't know when yet, but i bet we will know the exact time by monday at latest.

ill be at Club Nokia for Madeleine Peyroux so hopefully i can stick around and catch the late show

Madeleine Peyroux show will have seats and i wonder if it will be GA for Prince even though there are only 21 rows

also would it be better to get tix on saturday or wait until tuesday for those wanting to go to the Nokia Theater? will the $77 u in?

So what do you suppose the logic is behind these shows? Dont get me wrong, I am happy Prince is playing and I will probably attend, but why 3 different shows within footsteps of each other? Do people outside of LA know that these venues are all part of the same complex? Is it just for the publicity? Is it to sell more seats rather than play just one venue that night? Is it to represent the 3 different releases? Whats YOUR take on the event?

Man this is frustrating... Whether to wait for the the site and get more exclusive seats or just buy them on sunday and take my chances. I wish we had more info, i don't mind waiting if it's certain I can get a ticket, and what's going to be the limit on nokia theatre it's a limit of 4 is it going to be the same on the site? Why can't they send an e-mail on this to the people in the system? Oh well guess i have to be patient and wait like everybody else and see.

my guess is this Bria chick will be at all three shows, providing prince with a chance to just play while she sings. i think the main reason behind the 3 venues is to set a different mood for each performance...and maybe he did it for a little extra publicity...

I just spoke to someone at Prince's Media office enquiring about whether there will be an all 3 show ticket combo available thru his website and she said no. Apparantly it had been discussed but they decided not to go with that option

I hope they change their minds on this. I would definitely fly over from the UK for this but only if i can get all 3 shows.

Thinking aloud here, I wonder if it would be best for me to try and get tkts thru Ticketmaster Sunday for the 2 smaller venues and then try for the main show thru his website, which may be a risk or should I wait and try and get tkts for all 3 on his website? Damn!! I don't wanna miss out but I'll be pissed if I don't get all 3. Why aren't these things ever easy?!!!

Good question. So far it only states that better seats for the Nokia show will be sold on the site. Maybe DrFB will post later and state if tickets for better seats, will also be sold on the the lotus site for the other two venues. Maybe you should post that question on the Dr.FB site to see if he'll respond.
