if covers artist mark ronson and druggie amy winehouse turned up at a prince gig i was at.. i'd be straight for the door! I cant stand ronson... theres one thing covering classics from the smiths but what is the point covering a zutons song which is only around a year old!

mark ronson is a very clever talent spotter, and so what amy does drugs!doesn't change the fact she is an amazing singer/songwriter.

Although I'd agree that Amy Winehouse is a very talented singer.... Mark Ronson has released nothing but covers.... I fail to see the attraction with him. Just my opinion.

Agreed..most of the people in musical history have taken drugs..Beatles..Stones..George Clinton..James Brown...

And I hope those who attended the last aftershow at the Indigo will agree, when the curtains opened and this little waif like figure sang Love Is A losing Game it was magical..what a great summer that was and some great memories.

If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

Yes, seeing Amy was cool at the indigo, so 2 was seeing Common and Will.i.am, but Amy was the best as guest performer.
hopefully he will do something like that again 4 Dublin.
i would b in heaven 2 c him perform with Jack White, esp them doing some old blues track together it would be surreal! drool

How many have you seen where they have been out of it?..I'd love to see Keef Richard play guitar after a 3 day bender with no sleep!

Oh I am sure there have been shows where Keef have been so out of it his guitar playing sucked.

The trouble is the press just love to build people up and destroy them again and thats exactly what is happening to Amy. I have so much respect for her despite what she gets up to in her personal life. She seems a very sensitive vunerable person (despite that potty mouth) and who knows how people like that react to sudden fame.

How much of a mind f**k must it be to have an artist like Prince respect your talent and then invite you to sing with him while he plays guitar behind you..I think you'd have to mop me up off the floor!
