O2 were serving this? Nooo, I missed it. There's a fabulous bar in Holborn where you can get just about every funky flavour of beer & cider though. I must go back cos I haven't been in months. [Edited 9/27/07 5:59am] | |

It's fantastic!
The Montague Pyke on Charing cross road has a Pear Perry at 7.8%abv. Which compared to Kopperburgs 4.5% is lethal. What's worse is that it tastes just like fruit juice and goes down way to easy. They also have Strawberry beer (flavoured Belgium white beer) that is my personal favourite. It's only about 4.5% as well but is lovely! Life's a Parade! LoveLife, LoveSexy! | |

If u like cider, there's a farm in Sussex that has a cider and perry shop where u can get surprisingly pissed without spending a penny! They encourage u to test all the barrels. Never knew u could have so much fun at a farm  Paint a perfect picture | |

Anyone tried the St Helliers pear cider? Its even nicer than kopperberg - not just as sweet so it slips down the throat even smoother - eek! its great stuff
The best pear cider has the be the stuff they sell onthe cider bus at Glastonbury though - its the nectar of the gods!  Nah nah na...Hold on to your wigs! | |

I was listening to the Batman album after several Pear Ciders... but I have listened to it again since (cider free) and stick by my original comment... it's not a bad album. Avoid ‘brothers’ pear cider, it’s 7% but tastes like a rodents under carriage. | |
