Princes dance routines - where did they go?

Though the shows are great and it is good to see the emphasis is more on the music than choreagraphy, am I the only one who misses Prince doing his famous splits?

I don't miss it.being male, it makes my eyes water when he does that!

I prefer him concentrating on playing.Besides, the trade off seems to be alot more interaction with the audience as compared to a few years ago.

It`s ok what he`s doing now.
Don`t forget - he`s 44 years old/or young.
That`s not old and P is absoluty fit.His persistence is never ending ,it seems.
But the physical condition of a 44 old man is not like the one of a 30 year man.

oh sure, prince used to sport the tightest band and greatest choreography this side of heaven.

but now for our viewing pleasure prince has larry graham to take his shoes off onstage and larry's wife tina to stand onstage and waggle white towels in the air!

so stop complaining!

This tour is about real music by real musicians, I can't really say I miss his dancing. If I start to miss it I'll just close my eyes and remember seeing him dance in person on the Parade and Lovesexy tours. I would much rather watch him be a musician like he is now, you just can't beat that.

He's still got the moves but if he danced you probably wouldn't get the same vocal performance -- that falsetto is still so sweet!

Well, all I can say is he really moved on stage at the Manchester gig (Tues)
He was truly awesome. But like it has been said - he aint getting any older - how many 44 yr olds u know would be able to do what he does??!!!
