Who is lady that sits in the stage suits nears the D blocks.

I have seen her at least 6 times and I know she is connected to Prince.

She has very long wavy hair. She spends alot of time on mobiles/radio's and last night she was telling some of the bouncers what to do.

Is she like Prince's PA?
