Yes you can. I bought tix from Ticketmaster for collection at the box office but then didn't go. My brother went instead. Here's how you do it.

You need to write a "LETTER OF AUTHORISATION" addressed to the 02 box office with your details on - name, address and last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If you have the emailed confirmation which you would have received when you first bought the tickets, attach that to the letter. The letter of authorisation should also contain details of the person collecting the tickets on your behalf - name and address. Ensure that the person collecting your tickets have at least 2 forms of ID on them showing their name and address. This is what I was told to do by the 02 box office and I gave the letter with all of this info on to my brother. My brother was handed over the tickets but they were VERY thorough. They photocopied his id and credit card and everything. So give as much back-up documentation as you can. I repeat - they are very thorough.

Sorry - didn't make that completely clear - the original purchaser of the tickets needs to write YOU a letter of authorisation for you to take to the box office with you. You do not need to take the purchaser's credit card with you. But the last four digits of the card must be included on the authorisation letter.

thx 4 the information. i called ticketmaster and they told me it wasn't possible, not at the O2 anyway. i'm from Amsterdam, i really love to see the man (already did the 31th august and 1 sept, fenomenal!!!), but don't want to be dissapointed at the box office. not seeing him, and spend a lot of many on travel and lodging... but the final concert....i really hope it's gonna work

Why thank you! Would hate this orger to come over from Amsterdam on the 21st and be refused the tickets. But they are very thorough. They took photocopies of everything my brother had on him! It's good in a way to protect against fraud. I also put my phone number on the letter of authorisation in case of any issues so they could phone me if necessary. But rosterwa can be assured that in spite of what Ticketmaster told him/her, with the correct documentation, tickets CAN be collected by an authorised person from the 02 box office. Fact.

so much thx domebaby69. the story ticketmaster told me was more then i already wrote: my friend has to call tickemaster and ask for a refund and also give them my phonenumber, at the same time ticketmaster will call me and put my credit cald number instead of that of my friend?!? A conference call, i really don't believe that.
and the guy said something else witch i really DON'T believe, so no false post from me just what he told me: the 21th will not be the last concert, the 26th will be the last. i asked him three times if we were speaking of the same PRINCE. He said yes. so not a realiable guy if u ask me. it must be crap.
(I am a guy btw)

When I tried to do this I was told that ticketmaster would accept a letter of authorisation but that it was the o2's policy not to accept this.. I'll be really pissed off if they are allowing it now!
Why do I keep hitting myself with a hammer? Because it feels so good when I stop.

Happy to help. I have emailed the format to you the same as my brother used and he got the tix with that so you shouldn't have any problems. Good luck and enjoy the show!

Yes it is possible. My friend does not have a credit card so i bought the ticket on his behalf. I copied the booking confirmation form from Ticketmaster and on the bottom of the letter i wrote that i authorised my friend to pick up the ticket on my behalf. I had to write his name and he had to bring ID and I also gave him my credit card. He had no problem picking up the ticket from the box office last Sunday.
