I agree it wasn't great - he didn't know the tunes and maybe it just didn't suit his voice? He had to bend over slightly to read the lyrics off a sheet while P was off on guitar. Probably a spur of the moment thing but even superstars need to rehearse sometimes.

Funniest thing I've seen in a while. Some old geezer up on stage. Thought it was another audience participation night. OMG.. it's Elton! Wasn't a bad song, but couldn't stop laughing. Yep..Prince didn't want to hug him at all. Stunning show tonight though, almost left after 10 mins of lights on before he came back on though.

I thought it was nice and great to see Elton and Prince on same stage

We were sat right behind Elton's stage suite. Was funny seeing him bopping along all night. Although from the back oneof his female companions looked a bit like Kylie and I spent about 15 minutes trying to get her to turn around. It wasn't her

What's all this anti-Elton John stuff? The man's a legend. And let's not forget that John Lennon's last ever performance was as a guest on stage at an Elton John concert.

I thought his vocals were great, especially as it looked like it was all spur of the moment. Even Macca admitted he had to relearn the words to his Beatles songs when he started playing them live again. So give Elton a break.

Yes, he did look like a beached whale next to Prince. But so would Kate Moss!

I think it was a good moment. Coming from Estonia to see Prince and see Elton also, who is going to perform in Tallinn tomorrow.

Great set, and even better aftershow. He is in very good form.
