PARKING AT THE O2

I'm going to both the 18th Aug mainshow and aftershow and as it seems to finish around 3am, think driving may be a better option than public transport.

How was getting into and out of Greenwich for anyone who's been to O2? I need to get to the Camberwell area but the roads round the O2 look really confusing. If only I had a sat nav!!

The O2 has its own symbol on the road signs. Simply follow the roads heading towards the Blackwall Tunnel and you will clearly see the signs just before the tunnel itself.

I found driving in, and particularly driving out after the aftershow a doddle. I'm not sure what it would be like driving out after the main show.

Only downer, £23 to pre book the parking. Extortion.

Its not in the congestion charge zone, unless you have to drive through central london to get there.
